Today, Keystone is a premium builder operating in the Capital District of New York and its southern environs with many successful projects to its credit and a large roster of satisfied customers. With little or no advertising, Keystone believes that our solid reputation has been “built by word of mouth” because the source of our next customer is oftentimes one of our former homeowners. Keystone's home office that was completely renovated at 388 Kenwood Avenue was the site of the historic Delmar Fire Engine House and adjoining stables. If you look carefully, you will notice that the rooflines were preserved as well as the window style of multiple double hungs on the first floor with transoms above. Horseshoes were unearthed when the front walkway was being upgraded.
