Formerly the Erlich Auto Parts storefront, this location at 388 Kenwood Avenue allowed Keystone Builders to move from 196 Delaware Avenue to be next to its former Shop at the rear of 384 Kenwood. This building was fully renovated, top to bottom, restoring a historic location the old Delmar Fire House and horse stables to its former glory. An interesting side note is the fact that an iron horseshoe was unearthed beneath the new front sidewalk, further evidence of the horse-drawn fire wagons that were stored here in times past.
