The corner of Delaware Avenue and Elm has undergone several changes of late. At the same time that a new Stewarts Shop was being built on one corner, Keystone was completing Rick Schrade’s Allstate Insurance Building right next door. Keystone also oversaw the conversion of Jay’s Sunoco to Jay’s Mobil, complete with an ultra-modern “touch-free” car wash that is capable of changing the configuration of its water jets to the size and shape of the vehicle, while conserving both water and energy.
