Jay’s Delaware and Elm Mobil. The “Touch Free” Car Wash houses a state of the art Mark VII AquaJet car wash system. The Garage itself was a Keystone remodeling project as well.

Besides Jay’s Mobil, Rick Schrade’s Allstate Insurance at 636 Delaware Avenue helped the renewal of the Delaware and Elm corner.
388 Kenwood Avenue, the original site of the Delmar Fire Engine House, has seen several businesses before being completely remodeled by Keystone Builders. The Center for Integrative Health and Healing faces Kenwood and a completely separate office space now exists at the back of the building facing the parking area.
The former Delmar Bootery Building is now home of “Cookies by Design” as well as “A Perfect Blend” Coffee Shop. A sunny patio is found tucked behind the building (Right). Much improved parking and traffic flow for all the Four Corners businesses was implemented by Keystone at the time of this rehabilitation.

Mrs. B’s Sub Shop on Amherst Street, Lake George, NY, has become a fixture for both summer tourists and residents alike. This successful business is owned by Steve Bolduc’s wife, Carol – “Mrs. B!”

La Griglia Bakery and Ristorante, a familiar landmark on Route 296, Windham, became one large structure when Keystone joined together the two existing buildings and renovated the entire 6000 sf. structure.

The Delmar Chiropractic Office at 204 Delaware Avenue features an open, modern waiting area, handicap accessible elevator to the lower level, and an X-ray developing darkroom.

The Serling, Decker, Sbuttoni, Boghosian, Di Cerbo Orthodontics office at 279 Delaware Avenue was actually the subject of a television commercial when Keystone installed the huge circle top window that faces Delaware Avenue.
