Stephen Bolduc, Owner
Steve began what was to become Keystone Builders in 1973. In the following thirty plus years, there has hardly been a type of project that he hasn’t come across at least once. It is Steve’s expertise and vision that allow your dreams to become reality. Steve is a former Town of Bethlehem Business Person of the Year. He has single-handedly transformed the look of several of Delmar’s Four Corners signature buildings, including Keystone’s own building at 388 Kenwood Avenue, a 1997 “Community Appearance Honor Roll” winner. Steve is the reason for Keystone’s continued success. Don’t hesitate to call to speak to him about your ideas.
Bob Bolduc, Excavation
Steve’s son, Bob, has been involved in Keystone’s projects for more than twenty years, and he now oversees the excavation and foundation portions of our construction. With his experience, he is able to match the right equipment to your specific needs. No need to “sub out” the foundation of your project and then delay starting because you are waiting for an excavator to fit you in. Contact Bob when you want to discuss anything from the septic system installation to the poured basement walls. No one knows more about concrete, and with his years of experience as a lead carpenter, Bob will get your project off to the right start.
Peggy Bolduc, Accounts Payable, Payroll
Peggy has been overseeing all things related to the smooth operation of our Office for quite some time now. Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable are all parts of her domain. She has established good relationships with not only our employees but also those subcontractors who provide invaluable services on many of our projects. The term “multi-tasking” was coined especially for her. You may not see her on your job, but she insures that things run smoothly for you from behind the scenes.
Michael Scheidel, Production Manager, Estimating
Although Mike has been with Keystone for only a short time, he has established himself as an indispensable part of the team. He joins us from our friends at Bellevue Builders, and his extensive knowledge of building products as well as the large number of suppliers that he knows personally has been proving to be very advantageous. Mike’s quick wit and razor sharp sense of humor keep the job on track even as we laugh about his last remark. Mike will quickly become invaluable to you when he gets involved with your special project.
Mark Bolduc, Office Manager
Mark has recently returned to the Keystone office after a hiatus of about three years. He does the “nuts and bolts” of keeping the office machines, computers, cell phones and fax machine up and running. Chances are, you’ll speak to him when you first call in to Keystone Builders, and customer relations is his forte. He will sort through your concerns and connect you to the person you need to speak with. This website itself has become a reality largely through his help. No one will be more eager to assist you as your project begins to take shape.
Bill Bryan, Excavation
Bill is one of the people that helps the excavation team meet its goals and commitments. With many years of excavation experience and heavy equipment management, he can oversee everything from, drainage, trenching, septic installation, poured walls and slabs, backfill and grading. Bill will be happy to discuss any aspect of excavation work with you. Contact him for courteous, professional assistance any time.
Mike Robertson, Lead Carpenter
Mike has been with Keystone Builders as long as anyone. A superb craftsman, Mike’s specialty is to take up the trim and millwork phase when everyone else has completed their stages of construction. When you speak with him, be sure to tell him the woodworking details you envision. Show him a magazine photo of what you like and you will be more than pleased when he duplicates the look exactly for you.
Jim Saltis, Finish Trim
One of the newer members of the Keystone family, Jim has considerable talent in making your trim work look exceptional. From building custom cabinetry to simply casing a new window,
Jim’s work will be a welcomed addition to any project. His serious attention to detail in Keystone’s own woodworking shop will insure that your project comes out looking professional every time.
